THE OPPORTUNITY

For many people the only time they think about their electricity is when it’s not there, a tough challenge for a company focused on creating strong customer satisfaction. After investing significant resources in technology that allow them to restore power faster, CMP asked GarrandPartners to tell their “restoration” story. While technology delivered the improvement in service, GarrandPartners realized that focusing on the hard work of all CMP employees during storms and outages was a more meaningful way to communicate the company’s commitment to providing a reliable source of power for its customers.
