As one of our award-winning lead creatives at GarrandPartners, Matt brings with him strong brand building talent that drives business results. His love of creativity and design has influenced great brands big and small.
Matt started his career as a graphic designer with an emphasis on computer animation and web design for design-forward clients like Nickelodeon, Compaq, RCN and Lycos.
From the world of graphic design, Matt evolved his experience into art direction at Marketing Drive Worldwide, an IPG company focused on creating fully integrated brand experiences online and offline. Matt oversaw work on the agency’s full roster of national and international clients that included ExxonMobil, Gillette Corporation, the EPA and Georgia Pacific.
In 2006, (lucky for us) Matt came to Maine from his foray in Boston and joined us here at GarrandPartners. Since that time Matt has brought his experience on national and international clients, online expertise, design talent and brand building passion, to everything he touches here at our agency. Since joining us, Matt has lead integrated brand efforts for local clients such as Gorham Savings Bank, Maine Medical Center and Portland Museum of Art, as well as leading the effort for our national clients like DeLorme, Clynk, SYLVANIA and Westin.
But perhaps Matt’s biggest joy is working on clients where he has helped shepherd their brand from the local shelves to the national stage, brands like Dunkin’ Donuts, Hood, Heluva Good! and Baileys Coffee Creamers.
Matt says he loves to see a small underdog brand make it big. Hmmm, sounds like someone we know.
